THE ACORN ARE ACTUALLY A FULL BAND AGAIN!

UPDATES - JULY 14
We've posted a few lineup and schedule changes, mostly additions and more information. Sadly though the D'URBERVILLES are unable to make it, our apologies for any inconvenience. We've posted/added the ALL AGES SHOWS for all you tweens looking to get your summer music fix, Unfortunately we won't be able to sell you advanced tickets. The afternoon shows should be no problem, the late night ones could be a different story.

FINALLY THE 2008 SAPPYFEST SCHEDULE
!
We are very sorry for the delays in getting this posted, sometimes summer is just summer and planting a garden is more important than working alone on a computer in the netherworld. But here you have it, mostly finished we hope, final, confirmed! As such bare with us.

So some notes about the program:
We've made some major venue changes this year, we are shutting down a block of Bridge Street and setting up a large tent to protect us from the elements. We will still be doing satellite shows at George's Roadhouse, Vogue Theatre and the Sackville United Church. We think this is very exciting, as we reached and went way beyond capacity at a couple of venues last year, so we'll be able to host more of you wonderful folks comfortably.

The Situation Arising:
Due to noise bylaws and concerns voiced by the beautiful citizens of Sackville, we have to close down our new and improved Mainstage Tent every night at Midnight. We are expecting a lot more people this year, and all of them will not fit into the Roadhouse or the Vogue, so we're doing the unthinkable, simultaneous events! Yikes, we know, not really ideal, we're splitting the crowd, making you choose, initiating civil war, tearing us apart when we should all be dancing in the streets together. We are sorry, but we have faith you will be able to choose wisely and this may just be the most exciting weekend of your lives. Its an experiment, we are not professionals remember, we'd be happy skateboarding and playing softball in the backyard, smelling the lilac and hotdogs. This is the third SappyFest.
